The terms,

  • The 10% rate ("10% direct discount") is available every night, all rooms, and fully refundable until 1pm on the day before arrival. It can be booked any time, including the same day.
  • The 15% rate ("Non refundable rate 15% off") covers Sun–Thu nights only, excludes the Three Bedroom Duplex, and is paid now and non-refundable: no refunds.
  • Early check-in from 1pm is guaranteed on every direct booking (normally 3pm), and late checkout is until 1pm (normally 11am).
  • The £50 is the combined value of the two time extensions (£30 + £20), not a cash discount. Discounts are off our standard rate and only available on this website. Cloudbeds handles availability, prices and payment in its on-site booking window.

Can I use the discount for same-day bookings?
Yes, subject to availability. The 10% rate covers every night, all rooms; the 15% rate covers Sun–Thu nights and excludes the Duplex. Free cancellation on the 10% rate ends at 1pm on the day before arrival, so a same-day booking is already past that point.
